ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a Master Data Business Partner to serve as the subject matter expert for these data pillars, maintenance of the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system for data, and the ongoing development of the Data Hub (central location for data requests). This role will involve cross-functional collaboration to ensure data integrity, educate the business on key data pillars, and develop greater visibility of the data.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Act as the business expert for Master Data Customer & Supplier.
  • Manage and maintain data connections with other systems eg SAC & TPM.
  • Develop SAP fields and ensure a thorough understanding of each field’s purpose.
  • Educate the wider business on Master Data for these areas.
  • Drive continuous data cleansing and maintenance initiatives.
  • Sign off on new records with relevant stakeholders.
  • Business Partner strategic business projects which impacts Customer & Supplier data.
  • Manage and maintain the data flows between the TPM system and SAP
  • Understand and manage the data fields within the TPM system
  • Document and monitor the data flows between the systems
  • Communicate WoW to educate the business
  • Play a key role in any develop of data with in the TPM system
  • Drive the ongoing development of SAP and data management requirements.

 

YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Strong expertise in ERP Master Data for Customer & Supplier.
  • Excellent data management and data manipulation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive data integrity and accuracy.
  • Ability to train and educate stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Forms.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally.

 

YOU WILL ALSO‿

  • Have previous experience in a data-driven role within FMCG environment.
  • Be experienced with Data Hub design and implementation.
  • Be familiar with data governance and business intelligence best practices.
