THIS 12 MONTH FIXED TERM ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

 

  • Being a key member of the business transformation programme, working closely with the Change Manager to develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that align with the transformation programme’s objectives and key milestones and engages all key stakeholders behind the plan and the delivery of the programme.
  • Leading the delivery of both internal and external communication strategy for the programme, ensuring the communications plan is clearly defined and integrated with the overall programme implementation plan.
  • Owning and supporting strategic communication initiatives as appropriate
  • Being a custodian for internal business communications and engagement opportunities, ensuring an aligned and consistent approach.
  • Creating engaging and compelling content for use with both internal and external stakeholders. For example: email newsletters, presentation decks, blogs, formal external communications, and other content.
  • Reviewing & signing off communications with appropriate stakeholders and implement communication feedback loop.
  • Developing strong cohorts of superusers and change champions
  • Planning, organising, and facilitating virtual and in-person events and activities to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and a sense of fun.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to develop relevant and timely communications materials.
  • Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of communication initiatives and campaigns, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Acting as a communication advisor and resource for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices, communication tools, and strategies.

YOU WILL HAVE:

 

  • Experience of working on strategic change programmes with strong understanding of full project lifecycle from concept to implementation
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational change
  • Proven ability to adapt communications to reflect the culture of the organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored for different audiences and mediums
  • Highly developed attention to detail
  • Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, change and communication
  • Experience using change tools, templates and methodologies
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and visually appealing content that reflects the company's brand and value
  • Experience in event planning and coordination, both virtual and in-person
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
