ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Junior People Business Partner to provide dedicated support to the Out of Home and Operations areas of the business. This role is pivotal in strengthening line manager capability, delivering key HR projects, and ensuring operational excellence through people. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership teams, you will focus on Organisational Development (OD), coaching, and deployment of the HR cycle of events (reward, talent, performance, engagement) and support the Commercial Director and Operations Director in executing their strategies by aligning people initiatives with business goals.
THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
Business Partnering
o Act as a partner to leadership teams in Out of Home and Operations, travelling to sites as required.
o Provide coaching and guidance to line managers to improve capability and confidence.
o Build strong relationships across teams to ensure HR is seen as a trusted advisor.
Organisational Development & Capability
o Support OD initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and culture.
o Deliver training and coaching interventions to strengthen leadership and management skills.
o Identify capability gaps and support targeted development solutions.
HR Cycle Deployment
o Lead and support delivery of annual HR processes including reward, talent reviews, performance management, and engagement surveys.
o Ensure consistency and quality in execution of HR cycle events across Out of Home and Operations.
Projects & Strategy Delivery
o Support delivery of the People Strategy by leading and contributing to group-wide HR projects.
o Partner with Commercial and Operations Directors to translate business strategies into people priorities.
o Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
Operational HR Support
o Provide day-to-day HR support for operational needs, ensuring compliance and best practice.
o Support workforce planning, employee relations, and change management activities.
o Act as a first point of contact for HR queries in Out of Home and Operations.
ABOUT YOU‿
To make a splash in this role you will bring‿.
* Previous HR experience (generalist or advisory level), ideally within operations or commercial environments.
* Exposure to HR cycles such as talent reviews, reward processes, and performance management.
* Experience in coaching or supporting line managers.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
* Ability to be collaborative, proactive, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust.
* Ability to coach and develop line managers to improve capability.
* Organisational development mindset with practical experience in delivering HR initiatives.
* Project management skills with ability to deliver group-wide initiatives.
* Knowledge of HR processes including reward, talent, performance, and engagement.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills; able to balance strategic and operational priorities.
* CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable.
