Job Purpose:
We're looking for a Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role is to enable successful project delivery through planning, organising and managing projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget and within scope – working with the Nichols PMO Process Framework.
Your role will include:
- Responsibility for the day to day management of Programme/Project Cost, Quality and Time.
- Developing detailed project plans - including the schedule, budget, duties of each team members (RASCI), identifying project goals, identifying project dependencies, capturing project risks and setting a timeline for each project.
- Embedding PMO Process within Nichols using PMO project toolkit.
- Stakeholder management of Programme/Project Steerco – a. Maintaining an overview of all assigned projects and communicating status b. Holding programme / project reviews in line with project timing and process requirements
- Managing cross functional project teams – Arranging and running project meetings to review project status and agree next steps, ensuring project requirements are met.
- Monitoring Programme/ Project Progress – closely monitoring each project to ensure that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, stay within budget, raise and mitigate risks and develop according to plan.
- Programme / Project Reporting – Reporting on the progress of the programme/project against agreed objectives.
- Programme / Project Comms – Ensuring that stakeholders are identified, engaged and a comms plan agreed.
- Programme / Project Change Management Plan – Identifying change management requirements and creation of Change Management Plan as part of Programme/Project deliverables.
You will have the following experience:
- Leading and delivering complex strategic programmes and projects
- Working in cross functional teams
- Working in customer facing role
- Working with targets – time/ cost and benefits
- Experience with soft drinks production - Desirable
Your knowledge and skills include:
- Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Process Capture – Visio / PowerPoint
- Meeting Facilitation
- Project Management Tools – MS Project etc
- Project Manager Methodologies – INC. Critical Paths / RACI/ RAID/WBS/ MoSCoW etc
- Stakeholder Management
